How can I request for a proposal?

What are the requirements for proposal?

  • For Individual/Family – accomplished application form for underwriting
  • For Corporations – the initial requirements for quotation are:
  1. Broker on Record (Authorization Letter)
  2. SEC/Business Permit/GIS/Articles of Incorporation
  3. Schedule of Benefits or Program Design
  4. List of Enrollees

  • We are affiliated with the top Health and Medical Insurance providers such as Etiqa, Sunlife-Grepa, , Generali, AXA, Manulife, Insular Life, Intellicare, Medicard, Cocolife, Valucare, Pacific Cross, Philcare, and many more.

What benefits can be covered?

  • Health or Medical insurance plans can cover for Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency cases. Room and board plans, limits and specific coverage will vary depending on the program design.

Is treatment and testing of COVID19 covered?

  • Health and Medical insurance providers cover treatment for COVID19 cases. RT-PCR testing for COVID19 may be covered provided that conditions of the HMO or Insurance providers are met.

Are Dental Benefits covered?

  • Coverage for Dental benefits may be included in the client’s program as a rider.

Are Maternity Benefits included?

  • Consultation for maternity-related cases are covered. For maternity-related laboratory tests and deliveries, these can be negotiated and may be accommodated by the providers.

Are Congenital and Pre-Existing Conditions covered in your programs?

  • Coverage for Pre-Existing Conditions and Congenital Conditions will depend on the client’s program design. For Individual/Family plans, there is usually a limit on the coverage or none at all.

Is APE (Annual Physical Exam) and ECU (Executive Check-Up) covered in your programs?

  • Coverage for Dental benefits may be included in the client’s program as a rider.

What is the minimum/maximum headcount for Corporate programs?

  • The minimum required headcount for Corporate clients is 3 regular employees, some providers require a minimum of 5 regular employees.

How is my Data Privacy protected?

  • AIBI and our partner providers adhere to and follow the guidelines of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Providers may require the submission of data sharing agreement and consent form from clients and its members.
